America Sees Light at End of Downturn
In the attached San Jose Mercury article, 54% of adults polled in January of this year felt that the worst of the economic downturn is over, compared with only 39% who felt that way in December.
As a Real Estate Agent, I am always looking for early indicators of consumer sentiment. This article brings to light the fact that the economic recovery is under way. This is a direct indicator of the direction of the real estate market.
